In July of 2002, The Tennessee General Assembly changed the cost of marriage licenses to $97.50.  Outrageous.  However... In making this change "TCA 36-6-413(b)(5)" they allowed for couples who have had 4 or more hours of premarital counseling, by a certified course provider,  to receive their license for $37.50... A savings of $60.00

Ministers in a Minute, in conjunction with our Nashville affiliate, has teamed up to provide you with our "At-home Premarital Counseling Course"  This course includes helpful information for couples when considering marriage, such as "decision making" ..."blended families" ..."wants and needs in relationships"
...The same information you would pay a counselor $100-$150 an hour for
...and OUR COURSE can be done in the privacy of your own home.
 

We have found over the years, that couples were reluctant to open up with us, "face-to-face" with important and sometimes intimate details of their personal lives.
 
Our course is designed to be done in a comfortable setting...just the two of you...with a member of our staff just a phone call away,  to answer any and all questions you might have in this informative and fun course.

What if Ministers in a Minute is not performing my wedding?  While, we prefer to offer our course to couples we are actually marrying, After learning that our course was being reccomended by the Sociology department at The University of Memphis...we have decided to make this informative course to ALL Mid-South Brides and Grooms.
